July 2011

Given that the current Air Plus and Metalflex Boronia branches are located less than one kilometre from each other, a decision has been made to merge these two branches together.

As at 1 July 2011, the Airplus Boronia branch will be relocated to 32 Kalman Drive, Boronia.

The Kalman drive location will now service the existing customers of both Metalflex and Air Plus with Chris Dawes and the Air Plus Boronia team relocating to Kalman Drive. The more modern facility at Kalman Drive will allow Air Plus Boronia to better service the needs of its customers.

What does this mean to Airplus customers?

1.    New sales location less than one kilometre away.
2.    More delivery vehicles.
3.    Same great service from Chris Dawes and his team.
4.    Invoices starting 1 July will show Metalflex and Air Plus logos.
5.    Monthly statements will show Air Plus logo.
6.    Current Air Plus customer pricing structures remain unchanged.

What does this mean to Metalflex customers?

1.    Broader range of stock will be available.
2.    Business as usual with no real change to business operations and service
3.    Invoices starting 1 July will show Metalflex and Air Plus logos.
4.    Monthly statements will show Metalflex and Air Plus logos.

There will be a transition period of stock transfers that will take place in the last week of June but this will not impact the business and the high level of service that customers are accustomed to.

The contact details for the new merged Boronia branch from 1 July will be:
32 Kalman Drive, Boronia, 3155
